#1 Fast morning massage
Sleeping less may be exhausting. You wake up still tired with puffy face and with no energy for work, but you still need to face the day. You can try this relaxing massage in the morning to energize you. It is a fast one, so it will not take you a lot of time if you are in a hurry for work.
The middle of your face should be your starting point. Using your fingers, follow the lines of your face from your nostrils to your temples, from the tips of your lips to the temples again, and finally from the center of your chin to your temples.
These are the points of your face which will help you wake up by pressing them carefully.
When you reach the temples, you need to hold your fingers there pressing it carefully for about 5 seconds before you move on with the next point. All you need to remember is that you must hold your fingers on the starting and the ending points for 5 seconds. This will help you wake up and you will still have time for the rest of your morning routine. You will feel refreshed as well.
#2 Evening massage
This massage requires more time than the morning one, so it is better to do it at night before going to bed since you will not be in a hurry. There are a few easy steps you need to learn. Once you do it you will learn to do it faster. You are going to need some face cream as well.
First, you need to warm up. Start turning your head from left to right, and from right to left as much as you can. This way you will increase the blood flow in your head and you will prepare your skin for the main part of the massage.
Chin
Start with massaging your skin. Apply some of the cream on your chin and start massaging its center in circular motions. Then move a little downwards to your neck massaging the part which is right under the chin. Focus on it for a couple of seconds and then move up again to the chin.
It is important to remember that you should not press too much when you are massaging these parts of your face, because they are very sensitive and putting too much pressure on them may end up being painful for you.
Lips
After you are ready with the chip, move upwards to the lips. Start massaging the part of your face which is right around the lips again in circular motion, as if you are writing “O” with your fingers.
You need to open your mouth a little and to include your tongue by touching with it the corners of your lips, but from within. It will help you stimulate the muscles of your lips even more. Do this exercise for about a minute and move on to the final step.
Now touch with your index fingers the tips of mouth. By pressing your skin gently start moving your fingers from the lips up towards the temples of your eyes. Once you reach them press them a little with your fingers for about 10 seconds.
